PROJECT X c/o YOUSEF
THE WEEKEND PROGRAMME
QUESTION
Let's be honest about what AI can already do.
Not in ten years. Right now. It gets better every few months, and it doesn't care which business model you picked.
So pick yours. Then turn the page.
AI CAN ALREADY
So if AI can do all of that, what's left for you?

“DICK,” FOR SHORT.
GROUP CHAT
guys
you've definitely met a richard
maybe you were richard at some point. maybe you still are lol
here's what richard does
tell him about your new project and his first question is "how much does it make a month?"
everything is MRR. MRR, MRR, MRR
he takes 200 photos of his airbnb view, then tells you he doesn't care what anyone thinks
if nobody sees it, it didn't happen
he can't sit in silence for five minutes. scrolling, junk food, games, whatever's closest
he pays a new mentor every few months and copies whatever worked for them
bro that's literally me
MOST PEOPLE DIE AS RICHARD.
THE PART NOBODY TELLS RICHARD
Here's why. Richard took the risk. No degree. He quit the job. He shat on the traditional path and told everyone the 9-to-5 was a trap.
So he thinks he's already ahead. That's a false sense of security.
The guy with the normal job is panicking right now. He's actually thinking about what comes next.
Richard isn't. His whole business runs on tactics he copied from someone else. And copying is the one thing AI does better than anyone.

PEOPLE SAY HE'S “LUCKY.” ALL THE TIME.
The right person texts him at exactly the right time. The idea shows up while he's walking. Deals land in his lap. He turns down money that isn't right, and something better shows up anyway.
He decided what success means for him. Not Instagram. He wakes up excited, because the work is his. He uses AI to carry out his ideas, not to have them for him. He can sit in silence, and he likes what he hears there.
People want to be around him. They want to help with whatever he's building.
People call it luck. We call him a “LUCK ENGINEER”
SO
WELL, I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I WAS “RICHARD.”

“THE STORY”14
One month I'd make $80,000. The next month, zero.
I was in the info space. And all I cared about was monthly recurring revenue. I cared about being cool. I cared about what people thought of me, how it all looked. I'd only do stuff for the sake of money.
And I didn't know how to think for myself. My whole business ran on tactics. I'd copy whatever worked for my mentors and run it. When the trick stopped working, nobody knew why, so I'd go pay for another mentor. I spent $250,000 on courses, mentorships and programs.
It cost me my health. My mental health, my physical health. I was overweight. I was losing my hair. Like, I was literally balding at 16, which was absolutely horrible.
I'd sleep maybe four hours a night.
“THE STORY”17
I was a 16-year-old kid making his clients millions of dollars, and I was still living with my parents.
“THE STORY”18
I was miserable. I was alone. I was depressed. It was horrible.
On paper I was making a lot of money. It just wasn't satisfying me.
So I stopped.
I QUIT.
I removed myself from all of it. I left my clients.
I locked myself in my room for two weeks straight. I didn't talk to anyone. No texting. Nothing.
One day I was meditating, and all of a sudden I got this intuition to text a guy I hadn't talked to in a year and a half.
So I texted him. And that text turned into the highest-paid consulting gig I'd ever had. I showed up to four Zoom calls, and that month I made six figures in profit. I kept all of it.
“THE STORY”23
It was the most money I'd ever made, for the least amount of effort.
So I got obsessed with this one question. How do I hear that voice more? The voice that came to me in that meditation. How do I get it to talk to me all the time?
Listening to that voice is what gave me the idea for JustOperate, the software company I started. Three months in, it was valued at $30 million.
And that same voice told me to turn down an investment. Multiple seven figures. It wasn't the right opportunity, and it wasn't going to take the company where I wanted to take it.
“THE STORY”25
So I said no. And because I said no, even bigger ideas showed up.
“THE STORY”26
When I was 12, 13, I was coding projects and making stupid YouTube videos.
I taught myself calculus in the eighth grade because I wanted to build my own AI voice assistant, and then I hooked it up to my LED lights.
That's exactly what building this company felt like. It didn't feel like work. It didn't feel like a business. I was just building cool shit, and that's all I cared about.
And now whenever I tell people what I'm building, they're like: dude, I want to work on this. How can I help?
THE QUESTION I GOT OBSESSED WITH
HOW DO I ENGINEER IT?
Because if I never heard that voice, I'd still be stuck in this bubble. Online entrepreneurs whose only concern is being a Richard. “How much do you make a month?”
So I got obsessed, and I spent the last year figuring out exactly what that looks like. How you hear it. How you engineer it. How you get lucky on purpose.
Let's be honest. Richard wants to make a shit ton of money. He goes into everything asking the same question: how do I make the most money?
I've had this conversation with a lot of Richards. And I tell them the same thing. Scaling businesses you don't even care about is never going to get you to the point you really want, where you have fuck-you money.
Do you really think God put you on this earth to be a growth op guy? An e-com guy?
Do you really think God gave you all these gifts for that?
Most people reading this are not going to change the world with their business. The only person it really benefits is you. And as soon as AI replaces it, guess what? You're done too.
So to recap. AI is taking over everything. Your business can get copied. It's not changing anything for anyone. And all you care about is making money. You're being a Richard.
But you were born for more than that. You were put on this earth for a reason.
I HEAR YOU
I hear you right now. You're like, “Yousef, I can't even think about crazy ideas. I need to hit a certain number first. Then I'll dream.”
So let me ask you a question.
If you had $1 billion in the bank right now, what would you build?
That's Felix. You'd go after the crazy, big ideas. Right?
THE MIRROR DOESN'T SMILE FIRST.
If you're standing in front of a mirror waiting for it to smile, it's never going to smile. You have to smile first.
Same thing here. You go after the big thing first. And when you do, you get so lucky that the money you want, the money that makes you feel safe, shows up on its own. Without the struggle. Without all the shit you think you have to do first.
Doing what you love, and getting paid a minimum of $1 million a year to do it. If there was a way to get there, wouldn't you want to know what it is?
I'M REVEALING THE WHOLE FRAMEWORK IN MALIBU
IF YOU KNOW A RICHARD, OR YOU ARE ONE
THIS WEEKEND TAKES YOU FROM “RICHARD”
TO “FELIX”
DECEMBER 4–7 · MALIBU · 5 SEATS
FRI04
“THE WEEKEND” · DAY 1 OF 4
We give AI your business and watch it copy you, right in front of you. Then we look at what it can't copy.
You see exactly what's left for you.SAT05
“THE WEEKEND” · DAY 2 OF 4
What do you actually want? Not the number. I keep asking why until we hit the real answer.
Goals that are actually yours. How to shut the noise off so you can hear your own ideas. Then a long silence.
You hear the voice.SUN06
“THE WEEKEND” · DAY 3 OF 4
You become the person who already has it, before you have it. Then you build the daily routine that keeps you there.
You stop waiting to become him.Dream as big as you possibly can. Then you write it down, and you write a letter to yourself.
Your big idea, on paper.MON07
“THE WEEKEND” · DAY 4 OF 4
One on one, facing the ocean. We go through your idea and your next 30 days.
Your next 30 days, on paper.Every meal is halal, from a private chef. No alcohol.
Because I'm building hardware and software that takes any idea you have and turns it into a finished product. Imagine a future where you can go after 100 ideas in a year, and you only work a few hours a day. It's getting to that level. And I can build all of it.
But if you don't have 100 really good ideas, all of it is useless. And I don't mean the cookie-cutter stuff you find on Twitter, from the average Richard with “100K MRR” in his bio.
So building the people who come up with the ideas is just as important to me as building the technology. It really is that important.
AFTER MONDAY
A call with me. Did your routine survive your first week back home? Whatever broke, we fix.
Your idea. What you've built so far, and where the noise is creeping back in.
You open the letter you wrote to yourself on Sunday, and we see if you're becoming that person.

ITEM 01 · “THE MALIBU EDITION”MADE ONLY FOR THE FIVE PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE
5 SEATS AVAILABLE
“TOTAL VALUE”$146,000
Imagine after this weekend, every single bullshit reason in your head for why you shouldn't start that thing is gone. You literally can't think of one reason not to dream as big as you possibly can.
Now imagine you also had the tools to actually build it. What would you go after? Maybe it's a billion-dollar software company. Maybe it's art, or music, or a brand that millions of people follow. Whatever that thing is.
Now imagine you actually did it.
If I could snap my fingers and reprogram how you think, so that on autopilot you're the most creative version of yourself. And then I gave you the tools and the resources to build whatever comes out of it.
How much would that be worth to you?
If it makes you millions, if not billions. If at minimum you're making $1 million a year doing what you love.
MOST PEOPLE WOULD CHARGE
Actually, fuck all that. We don't give two shits about making a profit. We want to invest in people, first and foremost.
$8,500
Five seats. You only pay if you're selected.
And in all honesty: out of the people who come, I'm going to pick one or two to work with me personally, one on one, because their ideas are that cool. The bigger your vision, the more involved I'll be.
Flights not included.
QUESTIONS
01Is this woo-woo stuff?
No crystals, no chanting. We talk about what you actually want, and what you can build that AI can't copy.
02Can't I get this from YouTube or ChatGPT?
Information was never the problem. A video can't ask you a follow-up question. ChatGPT tells you what everyone already thinks.
03$8,500 for a weekend?
Work out what one more year chasing the wrong thing costs you.
04I already make good money.
So did I. It didn't stop me from burning out, and it won't stop AI from copying you.
05Isn't this another mastermind?
No stage, no pitch. Five people, one house, four days.
06Why do I have to be selected?
Five rooms, five seats. If one person is there for the wrong reason, the other four pay for it. If you're not selected, you stay on the list and hear about the next one first.
07Is it religious? Is it therapy?
Neither. The food is halal and there's no alcohol, but you don't have to be religious to come. It's coaching in a small group, and you can step out whenever you want.
08How do I get there?
Fly into LAX. Flights aren't included. You get the address once you're in.

HAVEN'T SEEN IT?
Project X, part one. It's where Richard and Felix come from. Watch it before you request your seat.
